(Announcement) Christmas Poll 2021: Officially Closed


So I realize it's been almost two weeks since I posted anything and for that I apologize. I got sidetracked working on another project that's been a lot of fun. I doubt many of you will LIKE it since it's not the usual BBM-NTR stuff, but hey, whatever. It'll get posted (hopefully) by the end of the month. And if none of you guys like it... too bad, I guess. Part of the reason I like not having a Patreon is I don't really owe anyone anything. I can work on whatever I want whenever I want.
I just... make no money...
Damnit.
Anyway, as the title would imply; the Christmas Poll is now closed. Thanks to all who participated and to those who COULD HAVE participated but didn't: you're dead to me.

So the winning categories, then:
For the Girl:
Tomboy
Strong-Willed

For the Guy:
Middle-Aged/Older (It was actually a tie, but whatever)
Fat
Glasses

Story Type: Netorare

Good stuff, all around. I was surprised that strong-willed, tan tomboy won by a pretty significant margin, to where it's... pretty much undisputed. Obviously, for extra traits I'll try to throw in what I can (big tits came in second, and I can throw that in pretty easily, for example, but 'tall' and 'petite' kinda cancel each other out), same with story elements and traits for the guy. I was surprised that Glasses won out as his additional trait, with Bald and Dark Skinned coming in pretty close behind.

Pretty based, over all. This should be a fun story to work on. I'm hoping to get it out by Christmas if all goes well.

Also, I've got another comic that I started just recently. It's pretty short and a bit outside the norm but it was too hot of a concept to go un-comic-ed, so I had to make it. It's nice because it involves two characters I want to do solo comics of anyway, so now I've got them all nice and ready. 

As to my absence the last two weeks, it's been pretty simple. I don't wanna get burnt out. No matter how much I enjoy doing something I tend to burn myself out if I do it too much all at once. Sooo I took a bit of a break to work on other projects. I've got some ideas that I wanna get done, though, so hopefully that'll keep my going for a while longer.

    Hey man, long time no see. You know, I thoughts maybe you quit or something because I've known quite a few artists who've just disappeared over the years with no heads up. And I do appreciate your mentality over not having a patreon. Glad you're still here at least I think I picked like 5 of the categories that ended up winning. So that's nice. And hey, don't burn yourself out man, isn't this a hobby? Don't stress yourself like it's a job.

      It's honestly more of a matter of just losing interest. Making comics requires a certain amount of motivation and work and sometimes I just don't feel like it. I would just worry about waking up and not feeling like making a comic and that feeling never going away. It'll happen eventually, but hopefully not for a little while longer.

Obligatory Mascot Character Time

  So, I guess it’s finally that time. It’s completely unnecessary to do, but whatever. I might as well have a mascot character. This is Vertica. Say ‘hi’, Vertica. Alright, Vertica, calm down. Nobody likes a kiss ass. Now quiet down and let me finish this post. People are gonna get bored and click away if it's just you yammering about nothing. So anyway, I’m not sure why I made a mascot character. I guess I was tired of the old, generic background and figured the blog needed some more personality. Tomo and the Train Molester

Half of it's talking, which isn't great, but what can you do? I realize it's weird to have a story based on a Chikan event where there's no actual Chikan, but... I dunno. That's how it goes sometimes. Though it DOES give me an idea for a FUTURE story that could be really good.  Anyway, like I said, I might do Misuzu/Misaki/Ferris in the future, I might do another Tomo. Probably won't do Carol, since she's kind of... not my type. Weird, since she used to be my favorite, but something about her's a bit too 'cloying' for me.
